I knew Ms. Daphnie's light through the joy of her children, specifically, Samm, who commanded everyone's attention with her exuberant demeanor, unbounded love, fervent passion, and advocacy for all without judgment. I often wondered where Samm acquired this from and as I got to know Samm better, I was able to know Ms. Daphnie's love, fortitude of character, and benevolence as it was imbued in the light of her children . I am forever grateful to have known her gifts.
